We are seeking a friendly and professional Mall Attendant to serve as the welcoming face of our shopping centre. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, providing exceptional customer service, accurate information, and assistance to ensure a positive and memorable mall experience for all guests.

Key

Duties and Responsibilities:

Greet all mall visitors with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.

Provide accurate directions to stores, facilities (restrooms, prayer rooms, customer service desks), parking areas, and event venues.

Answer general inquiries regarding mall hours, promotions, ongoing sales, and services.

Assist customers with the use of digital directories, mall maps, and promotional kiosks.

Monitor public areas for cleanliness, safety hazards, or malfunctions and report them promptly to the relevant department.

Handle minor customer complaints with empathy and escalate complex issues to the supervisor as needed.

Provide support during mall events, promotions, and peak periods.

Maintain a neat personal appearance and adhere to the mall's uniform and grooming standards at all times.

May be tasked with collecting customer feedback through surveys or comment cards.

Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor to ensure smooth mall operations.

Required Skills and

Competencies:

Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).

Proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage for Middle East positions.

Outstanding customer service orientation and a pleasant, patient demeanor.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Basic problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.

Good observation skills and attention to detail.
