We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Architect to join our team in Doha, Qatar, for a prestigious high‑rise project. The ideal candidate will lead architectural design reviews, ensure compliance with project requirements, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver world‑class design solutions.

• Lead architectural design and design management for high‑rise projects from concept to IFC stage.
• Review and approve detailed design and IFC documentation, ensuring adherence to project standards and client requirements.
• Manage multi‑disciplinary coordination (Architecture, MEP, Structural, Interior Design) throughout all project phases.
• Oversee design review processes for architecture and interior design at detailed design and IFC levels.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
• Prepare and review scope documents, technical reports, and design documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and international best practices.
• Participate in weekly/monthly reporting and client meetings.
• Support proposal development and contribute to RFP responses when required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering (Applied Sciences not accepted).
• Minimum 10 years in architectural design and/or buildings project management consultancy.
• Minimum 10 years in large and/or international firms as Architect or Senior Architect.
• Minimum 2 projects with hands‑on experience in tower design and/or design review.
• Minimum 5 large projects completed from Concept to IFC level (Design or Design Management).
• Minimum 5 years in architecture and interior design review at detailed design and IFC level.
• Minimum 5 years in multi‑disciplinary coordination (AR/MEP/ST/).
• Proven experience in scope writing and reporting.
• Strong time‑management skills; results‑driven with minimal supervision.
• Highly adaptable and able to manage multiple tasks fluidly.
• Language:
  Fluency in English (preferably as first language).
