We are seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Senior Architect to join our innovative team in Doha, Qatar. As a key member of the team, you will lead complex projects, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with clients to deliver exceptional architectural solutions.

• Spearhead the design and development of large-scale projects from concept to completion
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure project success
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure conformance with specifications and design intent
• Provide expert technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and drafters
• Develop and maintain client relationships, understanding their needs and translating them into innovative design solutions
• Perform quantity surveys and cost estimations for accurate project tracking and reporting
• Ensure all designs meet local building codes, safety standards, and sustainability requirements
• Present design concepts and progress updates to clients and stakeholders
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices

• BSc in Architectural Engineering from an accredited institution
• Valid professional architecture license
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in architectural design and project management
• Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex architectural projects
• Aviation experience is preferred
• Expert knowledge of architectural design principles, construction methodologies, and building codes
• Proficiency in architectural software including AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketch Up
• Strong understanding of sustainable design practices and LEED certification processes
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor junior staff
• Experience in quantity surveying and cost estimation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
