- Execute end‑to‑end design efforts across all our platforms (Mobile/Web), from conception with stakeholders to final implementation with Product Managers/Owners and Developers.
- Work strategically and identify new opportunities based on the needs that support the business objectives.
- Create low‑fidelity wireframes, prototypes, flow diagrams, etc. that help to communicate and gain alignment on proposed solutions.
- Perform user research and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior and preferences and utilize these findings to create engaging designs.
- Establish and uphold design standards, including style guides and design patterns, to ensure consistent visual language across ventures.
- Conduct UX researches continuously and collect user feedback for incorporation into further iterations of your design.
- Maintain and update a complex design system.
- 4+ years of experience in UX design for Mobile & Web applications.
- Advanced knowledge in Figma, Adobe XD, and Adobe Illustrator.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and working closely with engineering teams.
- Experience creating user flows, journey maps, service blueprints, personas, low fidelity wireframes and/or prototypes.
- Advanced knowledge of the best UI/UX practices for web and mobile and mobile design patterns & guidelines.
- Familiarity with Agile environments and project management tools such as Jira.
- Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal, both in Arabic and English.
- Domain expertise in the Finance and brokerage space is a significant advantage.
