JMJ Group Holding is seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead and manage end-to-end design activities across construction and development projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong architectural expertise, creative vision, and hands-on experience in delivering high-quality, design-worthy projects.

• Lead, manage, and review the design process from concept to final delivery.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design integrity and project alignment.
• Oversee design development, ensure compliance with project requirements, and maintain quality standards.
• Provide technical design input and ensure all drawings, plans, and specifications meet regulatory and industry standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative and functional design solutions.
• Manage timelines, design revisions, and approvals to support smooth project execution.
• Review materials, finishes, and design details to ensure consistency with project vision.
• Ensure all design documents align with construction feasibility and budget expectations.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field (Master's preferred).
• 8+ years of architectural design experience, preferably in reputable real estate, hotel, or design firms.
• Experience managing complete design cycles on construction-focused projects.
• Proficiency in design software and architectural tools.
• Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
