We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Architect with extensive experience in high-end interior fit-out projects. The candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, technical expertise, and creativity in delivering premium-quality design solutions. A minimum of 10 years of GCC experience in the fit-out sector is required. Candidates must be currently in KSA or willing to relocate.

• Lead the conceptualization, development, and execution of architectural designs for luxury interior fit-out projects.
• Produce high-quality design deliverables including concept layouts, detailed drawings, and 3D presentations.
• Ensure all project designs align with client requirements, brand standards, and aesthetic expectations.

• Review and approve architectural shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation.
• Coordinate closely with MEP engineers, structural engineers, and other consultants to ensure full design integration.
• Resolve technical issues, discrepancies, and on-site challenges efficiently.

• Manage design workflows, schedules, and deliverables to ensure timely project completion.
• Participate in project meetings, design workshops, and site coordination sessions.
• Monitor project progress on-site to ensure compliance with approved designs and specifications.
• Provide guidance to junior architects, draftsmen, and design teams.

• Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Present design proposals, material selections, and project updates professionally.
• Manage client expectations and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

• Ensure all architectural works comply with local building regulations, safety codes, and project requirements.
• Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure premium finishing standards.
• Review and assess material samples, mock-ups, and prototype installations.

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (required).
• Minimum 10 years GCC experience specifically in high-end fit-out projects (luxury retail, hospitality, corporate, or residential).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating luxury fit-out design and execution.
• Proficiency in design software:
  AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Excellent knowledge of local codes, authority submission requirements, and best fit-out practices.
• Strong communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Must be currently available in KSA or willing to relocate immediately.

• Experience in design-build or turnkey fit-out environments.
• Strong understanding of material applications, joinery details, and interior finishing.
• Creative design thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of BIM workflows (preferred but not mandatory).
