Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
• Minimum of seven (7) years of work experience in a similar position in a construction/contracting company

Duties:

• Coordinate architectural works, prepare estimates and interpret plans.
• Develop drawings at permit phase and IFC according to the local standards and regulations.
• Following up the development of projects at the phase of shop drawings.
• Arrange for Architectural trade demonstrations for consultant's approvals.
• Assist and create architectural concepts as required for a certain project.
• Create and prepare design details for the perusal and approval of the Design and Projects Development Director.
• Prepare schematic plans and sketches.
• Development of 3D modeling on required software (Revit, 3D Max, etc.)

Experience:

• Revit: 1 year (Preferred)
• Sketchup: 1 year (Preferred)
