SHIFT Group is hiring a Draftsman to join SHIFT Design, our interior design entity, delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects across Qatar.

This role is ideal for a technically strong Draftsman who can translate creative design concepts into precise, build-ready drawings while working closely with designers, engineers, and project teams.

• Prepare detailed shop drawings, Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings, and as-built drawings for interior design and fit-out projects
• Convert design concepts, layouts, and 3D visuals into accurate AutoCAD drawings
• Coordinate with designers, site engineers, and project managers to ensure drawings align with design intent and site conditions
• Revise and update drawings based on approvals, site feedback, and variations compliance with project specifications, authority requirements, and industry standards
• Maintain proper documentation, drawing registers, and version control

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Draftsman, preferably in interior design or fit-out projects
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage)
• Good understanding of construction details, materials, and finishes
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
• Experience in Qatar projects is preferred
