• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and layouts.
• Create shop drawings, joinery details, finishing schedules, and coordination drawings.
• Develop as‑built drawings and update drawings based on design changes and site conditions.
• Translate sketches, mark‑ups, and conceptual designs into precise technical drawings.
• Ensure all drawings comply with building codes, regulations, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to resolve drawing conflicts.
• Prepare 3D visualizations, if required, using relevant software.
• Manage drawing revisions, maintain drawing logs, and ensure proper documentation.
• Support the design team during project submissions and approvals.
• Attend coordination meetings when necessary.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory); knowledge of Revit Architecture, Sketch Up, or 3D visualization tools is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of space planning and finishing materials and schedules.
• Ability to read & interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and design guidelines.
• Excellent attention to detail and drafting accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work within deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

• Diploma / ITI in Architecture, Drafting, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience as an Architectural Draftsman (or as required by employer).
• Experience in consultancy, contracting, interior design, or construction projects.

• Experience with authority submissions (municipality, fire department, etc. depending on region).
• Knowledge of BIM workflows.
• Experience in residential, commercial, and interior fit‑out projects.
