Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Architect / Technical Engineer to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8‑10 years of experience in architectural design, technical coordination, and project execution — preferably within villa or high‑end residential projects. Candidates with UPDA certification are strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare, review, and coordinate detailed architectural and technical drawings.
- Ensure design intent is accurately implemented throughout all project stages.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to resolve design and site issues.
- Review materials, finishes, and construction details to ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Conduct design and technical assessments in line with Qatar construction codes and standards.
- Support site teams with design clarifications, shop drawing reviews, and quality control checks.
- Participate in design and coordination meetings to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Assist in preparing progress and compliance reports as required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- UPDA Certification (mandatory).
- Minimum 8‑10 years of experience in architectural and technical coordination roles in Qatar, preferably in villa or residential projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, detailing, and construction processes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design and coordination software.
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and coordination skills.
- Valid Qatar Driving License (preferred).
