As a Senior Consultant, you will take a leading role in managing complex cardiac and thoracic procedures while collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. Key Responsibilities:- Perform complex cardiac surgeries, including valve repairs, bypass surgeries, and thoracic procedures.
- Evaluate and develop treatment plans for patients with cardiothoracic conditions.
- Lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.
- Conduct patient consultations and provide thorough follow-up care.
- Mentor junior surgeons and provide clinical education to medical staff.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives aimed at advancing surgical techniques and patient outcomes.
Requirements
Qualifications:- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent qualification with specialized training in Cardiothoracic Surgery.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in cardiothoracic surgery, including experience in a leadership role.
- Proven ability to perform a wide range of cardiac and thoracic surgical procedures.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and team members.
- Proficient in making decisions in high-pressure situations.

- Experience in a teaching hospital or academic setting is highly desirable.
