Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate multi-discipline pre-commissioning and commissioning activities
- Define and review PC/C procedures
, operational tests, leak test packs, and OPERCOM dossiers - Manage ICAPS database
, RFC/AOC milestones, skylines, and progress curves - Oversee punch list management
, ensuring priorities align with commissioning sequences - Ensure strict compliance with HSE and Permit to Work systems
- Coordinate closely with construction, operations, and subcontractor teams
- Provide clear reporting to management and act as Commissioning Site Head deputy when required
- Lead commissioning teams during offshore campaigns
- 10+ years in offshore oil & gas, with extensive experience in commissioning leadership
- Strong knowledge of OPERCOM, ICAPS, PRODOM
, and international standards - Proven leadership, problem-solving, and team coordination in multicultural environments
- Safety-focused with offshore certifications (
H2S, BOSIET
)
