Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight:
  Manage, coordinate, and supervise rig‑based completions, workovers, rigless interventions, wellhead maintenance, and stimulation operations in line with written programs.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Ensure personnel, equipment, and services meet local/international regulations; prepare PTW/JRA; lead HSE toolbox talks and pre‑job safety meetings.
• Collaboration & Reporting:
  Interface with completions, workover, intervention engineers, drilling, fluids, and HSE supervisors; provide daily reports to onshore teams.
• Resource & Contractor Management:
  Oversee equipment stock, mobilize and backload materials, track usage, and evaluate contractor performance with feedback to support teams.
• Program & Logistics Preparation:
  Draft material requests, offshore instructions, and intervention programs (slickline, E‑line, coil tubing, stimulation); participate in warehouse activities as needed.

Profile

• Extensive knowledge of completions & workover operations, slick line, E‑Line, coil tubing, stimulation, wellhead maintenance operations and equipment, with associated management of service companies.
• Knowledge of smart completions (equipment design, function, testing and deployment/recovery)
• Knowledge of control line management on rigs (up to 8 lines), smart completion and long/complex sub‑assemblies preparation and running
• Knowledge of Well Intervention (slickline, e-line, coiled tubing and Stimulation)
• Knowledge of Well Head Maintenance (Surface WH & XT)
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Oil & Gas environment. Minimum of 8 years offshore exposure
• Well View, Office Suite, Operations Planning, Wellview and SAP is a plus.
• IWCF level 4 Well Intervention Certificate or Drilling every 2 years,
• T‑BOSIET every 4 years and H2S every 2 years
