Salary and Benefits
Tax Free Salary Per Month QAR
13600 to 23700 depending on years of experience and qualifications
Housing allowance or school provided accommodation
Economy-class airfare will be provided for the employee, spouse, and up to three dependent children (below 18 years old) in the following cases:
a. Upon recruitment from the employee’s country of permanent residence to Doha.
b. At the end of service, provided that the residence permit is cancelled.
Medical services will be provided in accordance with the governmental healthcare policy applicable in the State of Qatar.
Tuition Fees
• Reimbursement is provided for tuition fees of up to three dependents under 18 years old, from Grade 1/Year 1 to Grade 12/Year 13, with a maximum of QAR 28,000 per child per year.
• Reimbursement is processed upon submission of the school’s official payment receipts and supporting documents.
Utilities
-covers the full cost of water and electricity, and internet services up to QAR 300 per month (basic plan).

Brief
Job Description
The STEM/Engineering Teacher (Grades 7–12) is responsible for delivering engaging, hands-on engineering and integrated STEM instruction. The postholder plays a critical role in teaching design thinking, scientific inquiry, problem-solving, prototyping, and applied engineering concepts that prepare students for advanced STEM pathways.
The teacher must have strong knowledge of engineering, excellent instructional skills, and the ability to connect mathematics, science, and technology in real-world, project-based learning (PBL) contexts. The role involves collaboration with Innovation Labs (Robotics, Digital Fabrication, Energy, Engineering Design), mentoring students, and contributing to school’s mission of developing future scientists, innovators, and engineers.
Minimum Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s degree in the relevant subject (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of teaching or lab experience
• Candidates below 50 years of age
• Experience in STEM-focused or innovative learning environments is an advantage

Teaching Skills
Ability to deliver hands-on, inquiry-based, and project-based lessons
Experience with design challenges, hackathons, or engineering showcases
Technical Skills
Competence with fabrication tools, robotics, electronics, CAD software, and coding
Experience with 3D printing, CNC, microcontrollers, or industry software
ICT Skills
Proficiency with digital platforms, engineering tools, LMS
Experience with virtual simulators and engineering modeling tools
Soft Skills
Effective communication, teamwork, organization, and creativity Leadership, mentoring, or competition coaching experience
