We are currently seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team in Doha. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting land surveys, creating maps and developing plans for construction projects. This includes checking the accuracy of survey data and ensuring that all measurements are taken accurately and with precision. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of experience in this field and will be expected to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Conduct surveying operations using the latest technology such as total stations, GPS, aerial photography, etc.
• Prepare detailed maps, plans and reports of land survey results
• Compile data from a variety of sources including field measurements, aerial photographs, satellite imagery, etc.
• Analyse survey findings using mathematical calculations to ensure accuracy
• Ensure that all surveying equipment is maintained properly
• Monitor the progress of construction projects to ensure compliance with plans
• Maintain accurate records of surveys conducted
• Liaise with clients regarding specific project requirements

• A degree or diploma in Land Surveying/Geomatics/Civil Engineering or a related field
• 3+ years of professional experience as a Land Surveyor
• Working knowledge of surveying software such as AutoCAD or similar programs
• Excellent problem solving skills with an eye for detail
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively
• A valid driver’s license is preferred but not required
• Willingness to travel when necessary
