We are currently seeking a highly skilled and professional Structural Engineer to join our expert team in Doha, Qatar
. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design, analysis, and oversight of structural systems, ensuring all projects are completed to the highest standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
- Develop detailed structural designs, calculations, and technical specifications for a diverse range of building projects.
- Prepare and review comprehensive structural drawings and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Utilize industry-standard structural analysis and design software to create robust and efficient models.
- Ensure all designs adhere strictly to local Qatari building codes, regulations, and international best practices.
- Collaborate closely with architects, project managers, and other engineering disciplines to produce integrated and cohesive project solutions.
- Conduct regular site inspections and structural assessments to ensure construction work aligns with approved designs.
- Provide expert technical guidance and support to the site and construction teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze and resolve complex structural challenges with innovative and practical solutions.
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering is required; a Master's degree is highly desirable.
- Proven experience working as a Structural Engineer, preferably within a design-build or consultancy environment.
- Full proficiency in structural analysis software such as ETABS, SAP
2000, SAFE, or STAAD.Pro. - A strong, in-depth knowledge of international building codes and standards. Experience in the Middle East is a significant advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, accurate work.
- The ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team and manage project deadlines.
