Maintenance Engineer - 2 Months Contract

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Engineer with a background in Civil Engineering to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, supervising contracted companies, and ensuring the smooth functioning of infrastructure and facilities.
Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English is required.

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of civil infrastructure and facilities.
• Diagnose and resolve structural and maintenance issues in a timely manner.
• Supervise and coordinate tasks assigned to contracted maintenance service providers.
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to support operational needs and project planning.
• Recommend improvements to enhance facility reliability and reduce downtime.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering

• Minimum of 2 years in a maintenance engineering or related role.
• Arabic and English is a must.
• Strong knowledge of civil maintenance practices, materials, and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems (CMMS is a plus).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
