BUSINESS SUPPORT
Primary Purpose of the Job
- Serve as the primary point of contact with Contracts Department and end-user departments under OM (O) in relation to tendering, contract management, contract compliance and contract issues.
- Provide professional advice, expertise, and practical assistance in pre‑ and post‑Contract advisory services in a manner that is consistent with QP regulation, policy, and procedures, with established milestones.
- Assist the assigned end-user departments by monitoring ongoing contracts, contract replacement and extension notifications, reviewing and finalizing the department's input to the Contract Request Document (CRD), tender bulletins, tender clarifications, and evaluation of tenders, and representing the OMS(O) department in various tender and evaluation committees.
Required Experience and Skills
10 Years Contract management / administration experience.
Educational Qualifications
- B.Sc. in an Engineering Discipline or equivalent.
- Good knowledge of FIDIC GCOC.
