Engineering Sales Executive Smart Eco Lighting Solution Trading & Contracting – Doha, Qatar

Location:

Doha, Qatar Birkat Al Awamir Zone 92  Street 62,Building 100 Doha-Qatar   Head office of  vmax Industry: Smart Lighting, LED Lighting, Smart Home, Engineering Projects

Job Responsibilities
* Develop, manage, and expand sales for lighting, smart home, video intercom, and ELV-related engineering projects.
* Build and maintain relationships with government entities, real estate developers, PMC consultants, FM companies, and main contractors.
* Provide project proposals, quotations, technical support, and handle contract negotiation.
* Follow up on project timelines including samples, submissions, approvals, LPO, delivery, installation coordination, and payment collection.
* Work closely with China R&D/manufacturing teams and the local Qatar team to ensure smooth project execution.
* Achieve assigned sales targets, margin goals, and collection KPIs.Requirements
* Experience in engineering sales, smart lighting, ELV systems, smart home, or construction materials is preferred.
* Familiar with Qatar/GCC construction market and project workflows (submittals, mock-up, LPO, site support, etc.) is a plus.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and project coordination skills.
* Able to use English as working language (Arabic is a plus).
* Must have a valid Qatar work visa or be eligible for transfer (NOC).
* Self-motivated, responsible, proactive and able to independently close projects.
