• Managing multiple MV System, MV Solution & PA SOL Projects within the time, budget and quality frame
• Handling preparation of OGT & NX-Tools+ and factory transfers
• Overall planning of the project including Project overview, Contract structure, Detailed planning of the work packages, Resource planning, Scheduling, Project documentation, Project organization and Interface management
• Setting up efficient workflows/processes for project controlling and reporting, which permit at any time an up‑to‑date overview of the project>
• Analyzing and monitoring continuously the plan fulfilment regarding technical and commercial.
• Identifying early deviations in project, identifying problems causes and sustainably managing these deviations.
• Monitoring cash‑flow planning and activating appropriate escalation procedures.
• Assessing and documenting project status.
• On a regular basis, informing customers, management, project team and additional interested parties (Stakeholders) of the project status.
• Identifying further business possibilities from ongoing project/ from business environment and identifying the respectively relevant customer decision‑makers.
• Developing strategies to continue and/or reinforce engagements to the customer.
• Ensuring strong proposal and contract management on the project. Evaluating impacts of changed requirements/ delivery items regarding costs, project plan etc.
• Carrying out risks assessment of project influencing factors and managing the identified risks.
• Negotiating and documenting changes of requirements and extension of time as appropriate.
• Ensuring strong customer and stakeholder relations. Gathering actively opinions as well as suggestions from the customer and the additional interested parties (Stakeholder) and develop/ facilitate/ support an open, professional relation to the customer and to additional stakeholders.
• Managing subcontractor engagements and relationships.
• Managing the Project completion/ close out and the acceptance of delivery units and services incl. validation and verification and organize the finalized handover to the customer and involved parties.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering
• 5 – 7 years of project execution experience for MV System projects.
• Expert Knowledge of configuration of MV Switchgear in NXTOOLS and OGT is a pre‑requisite.
• Managed diverse teams and has the ability to deal with different cultures at different demographic areas
• Completed PMP or certified PM with PM@Siemens is preferable
• Experience of project management with P&L responsibility within international projects.
• Experience in order execution of system projects with direct interface to the customer/ public authorities/ subcontractor and factories
• Experience in execution - construction/ commissioning, engineering (Planning, design of MV Equipments and Protection & Automation systems)
