As Flow Assurance Lead
, you will respond/report to the Department /Technical Manager and be part of various projects within the Engineering Fixed Facilities
.
Mission
Develop engineering activities for Pipeline Transport System (onshore and subsea) projects in both tendering and execution phases. Within the project team, define, through flow assurance simulation, pipeline size (diameter, wall thickness, required insulation thickness, etc.). Define the process scheme (onshore transport system and topside – e.g. number of units, sparing philosophy, power, utilities sizing, etc.) in order to achieve a safe and cost-effective integrated system.
Tasks- Define detailed project execution strategy and review tender/contract documents for compliance with budget and targets.
- Identify scope changes, contractual guarantees, and endorse design during bidding stage.
- Estimate materials and man‑hours; prepare and monitor subcontracting agreements.
- Organize and coordinate process activities, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule optimization.
- Manage interfaces with stakeholders and maintain client technical communication.
- Advise on contractual deviations and supervise vendor documentation for critical equipment.
- Monitor performance of major equipment/packages to meet contractual guarantees.
- Coordinate preparation of operating/start‑up procedures and hand‑over plans. Support material selection for equipment, piping, and instrumentation for process and cost efficiency.
- Participate in multidisciplinary reviews, performance tests, and prepare acceptance reports.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Any Engineering Bachelor’s Degree
- 15+ years of experience in Oil and Gas field / EPC
- Proficient in English
- Flow Assurance Expertise, System & Project Integration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
- Permanent Contract – Project‑based position
