Required Skills- Extensive project execution engineering expertise with proven ability to manage multidisciplinary brownfield projects
- Strong skills in detailed project planning, execution strategy, and risk assessment with effective mitigation solutions
- Proficient in managing technical internal/external interfaces and commercial contractual aspects
- Ability to lead and coordinate with cross‑functional teams including Operations, Joint Interest, and Commercial departments
- Experience in overseeing EPC contract scope development, tendering, procurement, contractor management, and project close‑out
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities to handle multiple execution and support interfaces concurrently
- Familiarity with third‑party facility coordination
- Experience with multi‑company/shareholder facility ownership and execution environments
- Technical guideline development skills for investigations and evaluations within specialized engineering domains
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a science degree with a major in Engineering specialization
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the oil and gas sector, including at least 5 years in a project management role
- Willingness and ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, multi‑tasking work environment with evolving project inputs and changes
- Flexibility to coordinate across various disciplines and teams to minimize project delays and obstacles
