Project Support Coordinator

We are looking for an Project Support Coordinator for one of our clients with the following details:

Start Date: 01-JAN-2026 (tentative)

End Date: 31-MAR-2028

Work status:
Residential, Single

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• Graduate engineer with a good level of understanding of projects, with at least 6 years' experience.
• Good knowledge of industry codes, standards and legislations on SHE aspect,
• Familiar with Oil & Gas project organizations
• Familiar with project procedures, Management System standards and guidelines.
• Language: fluent English,
• Computer literate,
• Strong leadership skills and good communication skills,
• Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.

• Promote & comply with applicable safety instruction and other Company HSE procedures in all activities.
• Carry out work in compliance with Company values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed Company priorities and objectives, Company standards and procedures and good industry practices.
• Treat all information obtained during course of the work with confidentiality.
• To define, update as necessary a suitable Report structure complying with COMPANY and Project needs.
• To prepare all PROJECT reports including weekly highlights for Project Manager in a timely manner.
• Drafting the memos and minutes as and when required to be issued by PROJECT.
• To attend & coordinate PROJECT weekly meeting and other meetings as requested.
• To carry out any other duties or tasks that may be assigned by hierarchical superiors.
• Take the ownership of technical writing and consolidated reporting for COMPANY
• To develop various dashboards using digital tools such as Power
  
  BI, Microsoft Access, etc
