- Develop and implement NDT inspection plans in alignment with project requirements.
- Coordinate NDT activities with internal teams, contractors, andthird-party agencies.
- Prepare and maintain NDT schedules in accordance with project progress.
- Supervise and execute NDT inspections using appropriate techniques(UT, RT, PT, MT, VT).
- Ensure correct calibration and use of NDT equipment.
- Maintain traceability of inspection records and test results.
- Interpret NDT results in compliance with applicable standards and project specifications.
- Prepare clear, accurate NDT reports and submit findings to QA/QCManager and relevant stakeholders.
- Recommend corrective actions in case of non-conformance
- Verify that contractors and vendors meet project quality requirements through NDT verification.
- Ensure compliance with international codes and client-specific standards (ASME, API, AWS, etc.).
- Support the QA/QC team in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation related to NDT findings.
- Maintain NDT documentation, calibration certificates, andpersonnel qualification records.
- Ensure timely submission and organization of NDT reports for project handover and audits.
- Ensure all NDT activities are performed in compliance with HSErequirements.
- Promote best practices in inspection activities to improve quality and efficiency.
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of NDT experience in QA/QCroles within oil & gas, pipelines, or construction projects.
