Key Responsibilities :
• Develop detailed cost estimates for civil engineering projects, accurately forecasting materials, labour, and overhead expenses.
• Review and analyze project plans, specifications, and proposals to identify risks and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers for precise estimation and data gathering.
• Prepare and present comprehensive bid proposals to stakeholders.
• Utilize specialized cost estimation software for efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct market research to determine current material and labor costs, adjusting estimates as necessary.
• Monitor project costs, provide updates to management, and recommend corrective actions.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Participate in project meetings to advise on budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline adjustments.
• Maintain detailed records of estimates and revisions for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in civil works estimation.
- MMUP/UPDA certification is mandatory.

Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying. - Immediate Joiners Preferred
