About the job: CIVIL 3D MODELER
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate 3D Civil 3D models for infrastructure works including roads, utilities, and drainage.
- Extract and prepare 2D drawings (plans, profiles, sections, schedules) in compliance with project standards.
- Coordinate with engineers, BIM coordinators, and multidisciplinary teams to resolve clashes and ensure constructability.
- Perform clash detection, constructability reviews, and support BIM coordination activities.
- Ensure BIM deliverables comply with BEP, TIDP/MIDP, CDE protocols, and relevant BIM standards.
- Support quantity take-offs, data extraction, and timely submission of project deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Surveying, or related field.
- Must have 3–8+ years of experience in Civil 3D modeling for infrastructure projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D (corridors, alignments, profiles, surfaces, assemblies).
- Experience with BIM coordination tools such as Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, AutoCAD, and CDE platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and ability to work independently and within teams.
- Immediate hiring – candidates who are available to join ASAP are strongly preferred.
