• Act as a design authority for an engineering discipline with low to medium complexity.
• Complete assignments on small projects or portions of larger projects cost‑effectively.
• Apply basic design thinking and design for excellence concepts.
• Ensure projects follow execution best practices and ABB policies.
• Monitor and control project progress and resource utilization.
• Provide technical support for testing, installation, and commissioning activities.
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations of engineering projects.
• Use checklists to perform design verification according to applicable standards and guidelines.
• Co‑ordinate with factories in different regions and work in cross‑regional and cross‑cultural environments.
• Act as ABB project representative with EPC and end users.
• Deliver under tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Understand and handle contracts independently.

• 5+ years of experience managing projects, ideally multi‑fact projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering with domain experience in instrumentation products and solutions.
• Strong experience handling instrumentation projects.
• Ability to analyze numerical data and make decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability.
• Strong experience in procurement management.
• Good oral and written communication skills and decision‑making capability.
• Ability to manage contracts independently.
• Good people manager with ability to manage cross‑cultural and remote teams.
