As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for helping us achieve this ambition through:
- Produce weekly forecasts of planned maintenance activities on assets across the facilities within the MATAR FM scope, through the Oracle Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system.
- Conduct weekly planned maintenance look-ahead meetings with the MATAR FM contract manager and representatives from the FM contract, to agree the following week's planned maintenance schedule and ensure the FM contract is mobilized to deliver the schedule.
- Regularly review the efficiency of the planned maintenance schedule in Oracle EAM, to balance the resource requirement and any operational impact with the requirements of the planned maintenance strategy.
- Act as the key point of contact for the maintenance and planning team to support the resolution of issues highlighted which are impacting planned maintenance delivery performance, that are within the maintenance and planning team remit.
- Ensure all approved changes to the assets including maintenance frequency, maintenance checklist, asset attributes are accurately implemented into Oracle EAM in a timely manner also enhance and enforce maintenance data requirements and maintain standard procedures before implementing maintenance data into CMMS by implementing effective process of evaluation with stake holders.
- Develop and discuss business critical intelligent reports and dash boards with FM delivery and Subject matters experts to take decisions on improving service delivery and achieving advance cost-effective asset Maintenance and operational excellence towards departmental and organizational objectives.
- Relevant College or University qualification with 2 years of job-related experience
- High School qualification/ Vocational/ Diploma or Equivalent with minimum 3 years of job-related experience
- Maintenance Planning & Scheduling, Data Analytics
- Working Knowledge of Business Intelligent Tools such as Microsoft Power BI or Tableau is an advantage
