Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review shop drawings in coordination with draft man, method statements, material submittals, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure engineering requirements are met.
- Manage procurement activities, including sourcing suppliers, requesting quotations, evaluating offers, and preparing comparison sheets.
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Review project specifications, BOQs, and contract documents to ensure compliance.
- Communicate with consultants, clients, and subcontractors on all technical matters.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Civilor Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 5–10 years experience in a contracting company (technical office & procurement).
- Strong knowledge of material specifications, engineering standards, and construction methods.
- Excellent skills in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project coordination tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and technical reporting skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
