We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Technical Coordinator to support facility management operations. The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, commercial acumen, and communication skills to ensure efficient coordination of maintenance and fit-out projects.

• Coordinate and oversee maintenance, repair, and fit-out activities.
• Prepare and review technical quotations, proposals, and cost estimates.
• Identify problems, analyze technical issues, and propose effective solutions and recommendations.
• Support project planning, resource allocation, and vendor coordination.
• Ensure timely follow-up and closure of service requests and client requirements.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and dashboards using advanced Excel skills.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams, ensuring clear understanding of requirements and deliverables.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in facility management or maintenance coordination.
• Strong technical understanding of building systems (MEP, civil, etc.).
• Proven experience in quotation preparation, proposal writing, and cost analysis.
• Excellent MS Excel proficiency (formulas, pivot tables, reports).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; active listener with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Qatar driving license required.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: QAR4,000 - QAR5,500.00 per month
