About the RoleWe are looking for a highly experienced Land Surveyor with over 10 years of field experience, specializing in palace construction, luxury villas, and high-end residential projects. The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical skills and a strong background working on premium, detail‑intensive developments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee all land surveying activities on-site, including boundary, topographic, layout, and as-built surveys
- Supervise survey crews and provide technical guidance and mentorship
- Prepare, review, and verify survey reports, drawings, and coordinates
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, consultants, and project management teams
- Ensure all survey work complies with Ashghal, Kahramaa, Qatari Construction Specifications (QCS), and relevant local regulations
- Maintain calibration of survey equipment and ensure proper use of GPS, Total Station, Auto Level, and related tools
- Conduct site inspections, resolve discrepancies, and troubleshoot technical issues
- Manage survey data, quality records, and documentation
- Contribute to planning, scheduling, and progress reporting
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
- Minimum 10+ years of experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of TBC, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other survey software
- Valid Qatar Driving License preferred
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions and high-temperature environments
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
