• Maintain accurate procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand and align purchasing plans.
• Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in procurement processes.
• Evaluate and monitor contracts to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships to support long-term procurement goals.
• Assist in budget planning and cost control by providing procurement data and analysis.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a procurement or purchasing role.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
