Part of the VINCI Energies Group, Actemium Oil & Gas Commissioning, which specializes in engineering, support, and maintenance activities during the commissioning phases of offshore projects, is seeking an experienced Commissioning Site Lead to join a major EPCIC commissioning project in the Middle East

As a Commissioning Site Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful start-up of complex oil & gas facilities , coordinating multidisciplinary teams and supervising commissioning activities on site. Your responsibilities will include :

• Leading and managing all on-site commissioning activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance
• Coordinating between commissioning teams, engineering, procurement, construction, and operations
• Planning and monitoring commissioning progress, identifying risks, and proposing corrective actions
• Ensuring proper documentation and reporting of commissioning activities
• Supporting system start-up, pre-commissioning, and handover to operations
• Promoting a strong HSE culture across the site

• 10-15 years of experience in commissioning within Oil & Gas / EPCIC projects
• Proven experience as Commissioning Site Lead , Commissioning Manager, or similar role
• Strong background in onshore and offshore commissioning
• Solid knowledge of commissioning, start-up, and system completion processes
• Leadership and team coordination skills in multicultural environments
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
