As Vessel Operations Engineer
, you will respond/report to the Project Operations Manager and be part of various projects within the Operations Department
.

• Engineering Support:
  Review documentation, suggest improvements, and support the engineering team in planning and execution phases.
• Project Operations:
  Assist both offshore and onshore teams with installation, diving, pre-commissioning, trenching, and hook-up operations.
• Planning & Coordination:
  Coordinate equipment, material logistics, and cross-functional teams to ensure readiness and compliance.
• Safety & Compliance:
  Ensure QA/QC & HSE standards are met; actively participate in risk assessments and safety briefings.
• Execution Oversight:
  Supervise key activities during vessel mobilization/demobilization, loadouts, and critical offshore operations.
• Continuous Improvement:
  Provide feedback and lessons learned to enhance procedures, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
• Commercial Support:
  Offer technical input to the commercial team for proposals and contractual matters.

• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering (preferred)
• Other engineering disciplines may also be considered

• 5–7 years of experience in Offshore Oil and Gas / EPC

• Proficient in English

• Strong experience in offshore oil and gas installations including jackets, top sides, bridges, and heavy lifting operations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project
