Structural​/Civil Engineer; Roads O&M

We are looking for a qualified Structural / Civil Engineer to perform inspections and assessments of civil structures within a road or infrastructure project. The role focuses on evaluating structural integrity, documenting defects, and recommending maintenance or repair works to ensure safe and reliable operation.

• Conduct field inspections of civil / structural assets such as bridges, culverts, retaining walls, tunnels, underpasses, and barriers.
• Identify and document structural defects such as cracks, spalling, corrosion, deformation, settlement, water leakage, and joint failures.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports including photographs, measurements, condition ratings, and engineering observations.
• Recommend corrective or preventive maintenance actions based on inspection results.
• Support structural condition surveys (RCS) and routine inspections.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Maintenance Teams, and Client representatives.
• Monitor and follow up on corrective maintenance works on site.
• Maintain accurate inspection records, logs, and databases.
• Ensure compliance with Ashghal standards, project specifications, and HSE requirements.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 5–8 years of experience in structural / civil inspection (road or infrastructure).
• Overall experience 8- 12 years of experience
• Strong knowledge of concrete and structural behavior, defects, and repair methods.
• Familiarity with O&M projects, asset inspection, and preventive / corrective maintenance is an advantage.
• Proficiency in report writing and inspection documentation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
• Valid Qatar  (transferable) preferred.
• Immediate joiners are an advantage.
