Through our new Relocation Program, we are seeking experienced Aramco Inspectors with strong expertise in vendor inspections across mechanical and electrical disciplines.
This program is designed to offer a long-term career path in our office in France, supported by relocation assistance (visa and work permit in single status), and the opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects under Aramco standards.
Candidate must be willing to relocate to our office in Lyon, France.
Role OverviewWe are looking for Aramco-Approved Vendor Inspectors who will perform vendor inspections of equipment, components and fabrication processes at supplier facilities. The role ensures that all activities comply with Aramco specifications, international codes, and client requirements. This is a unique opportunity for inspectors committed to quality and safety who want to build a lasting career in Europe with Intertek.
Minimum Requirements- Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Mechanical / Metallurgical / Welding / Materials / Electricals / Instrumentation engineering discipline (or equivalent)
- Minimum 5-10+ years in vendor inspections in oil & gas / petrochemical / power / heavy fabrication environment; prior exposure to Saudi Aramco projects is strongly preferred
- Must hold an Aramco "approved vendor inspector / VID" status with valid QM codes
- Having Aramco Approvals QM26 (mandatory), QM30 (mandatory), QM27, QM31
Strong knowledge of welding, metallurgy, heat treatment, materials testing, codes & standards (ASME, API, AWS, ASTM), inspection methods, non-destructive testing techniques, fabrication processes, etc.
