You will play a key role in integrating project planning processes, reviewing contractor schedules and recovery plans, and supporting technical bid evaluations. Required Skills:
- Demonstrated expertise in project planning and scheduling within the oil and gas sector
- Strong knowledge of planning processes, including review and assessment of contractor deliverables and progress reporting
- Ability to support contract teams with technical bid evaluations and manage contractual deviations
- Proven experience in performance analysis and process improvement for project controls
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills to manage planning uniformity across multiple projects
Nice to Have
Skills:
- Familiarity with multi-discipline project phases in large-scale brownfield projects
- Experience implementing and enhancing project planning standards and procedures
- Knowledge of industry benchmarking practices and continuous improvement methodologies
Preferred
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Multi-discipline planning and scheduling experience in the oil and gas industry
- Hands‑on experience managing integrated project timelines and schedules in complex project environments
Other Requirements:
- Willingness to work in Qatar with start date anticipated in 2026
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and contractors in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
