- Prepare detailed and itemized estimates for electrical systems including LV, lighting, power distribution, earthing, fire alarm, BMS, and ELV systems.
- Conduct quantity take‑offs from engineering drawings (manual or using software).
- Request and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations for materials and services.
- Analyze project risks, construction methodologies, and resources to determine cost implications.
- Develop and maintain a database of costs, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Collaborate with project teams including design, procurement, and project managers to ensure cost accuracy and compliance.
