Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed project analysis and prepare cost estimates using software.
• Collaborate on risk assessment and bid proposals for construction projects.
• Execute estimation strategies, analyze RFQs, develop project estimates, and ensure timely quotations while adhering to safety protocols and business objectives.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for interior fit‑out projects, perform quantity take‑offs, and collaborate with project teams while ensuring accuracy and cost‑effectiveness.
• Responsible for tender preparation, estimation, and client liaison in accordance with company procedures in the oil and gas sector.
• Prepare cost estimates for Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, and Life Safety systems while analyzing specifications and coordinating with suppliers for competitive pricing.
• Lead competitive techno‑commercial proposals, manage schedules and budgets, prepare cost estimates, and ensure compliance with tender requirements.

Qualifications:

• Engineering degree.
• Bidding experience in oil and gas.
• Strong analytical and independent skills.
• Valid Qatar driving license.
