Shall have a
B. Sc in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering or a related field with minimum of Fifteen (15) years of experience in testing and commissioning roles, preferably in water infrastructure projects (reservoirs, pumping stations, etc.).The T&C Manager shall have a strong understanding of water distribution systems, pumping systems, and SCADA controls and proven experience working with contractors and coordinating with client-end users.shall
be responsible for developing and managing the testing and commissioning program including procedures, resources, coordinating Kahramaa' s End- users, and executing all activities related to the testing, commissioning, and handover of the project.
