Description- Design and develop landscape plans, including grading, drainage, irrigation, and planting layouts
- Prepare technical drawings, specifications, cost estimates, and construction documents
- Analyze site conditions such as soil, topography, climate, and environmental impact
- Coordinate with landscape architects, civil engineers, architects, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with local codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards
- Oversee project implementation, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical issues
- Manage stormwater systems, erosion control, and sustainable design solutions
- Review contractor submittals and monitor construction quality and timelines
- Utilize CAD, GIS, and engineering software for design and analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Engineering, Civil Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or a related field
- Professional Engineer (PE) or relevant licensure preferred
- 3–7 years of experience in landscape or site engineering (experience level may vary)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS, or similar design software
- Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, irrigation systems, and plant materials
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
