Project Manager; Facility F

Primary Purpose of the Job

Serve as the single point of accountability for all aspects of assigned end to end projects management. Represents QATARENERGY in managing project execution, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, cost, and quality requirements. Ensures HSSE as top priority while maintaining compliance with internal and external standards and regulations.

• Minimum 18 years of experience in project engineering and management of power generation / distribution / transmission projects.
• Clear understanding of power generation, transmission, and distribution equipment, grid integration, and dependencies.
• Renewable energy projects experience will be added advantage.
• Experience managing power projects as client/owner, preferably in the Middle East.
• Membership in a recognized project management institution is an advantage.
• Demonstrate a “mastery” practitioner level in the project management aspects: initiation, feasibility studies, concept optimization, engineering definition, operational aspects, construction, operation readiness, commissioning, and close-out.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contractual obligations effectively.
• Effective communication and team building skills including report writing, presentations and management of meetings.

Degree in Engineering from a recognized university; higher degree preferred.
