We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled BMS Engineer with at least 2 years of experience and a solid background in fire fighting systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing Building Management Systems (BMS) integration, troubleshooting, and ensuring seamless operation of fire safety components within the BMS framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain BMS systems with integration to fire fighting systems.
• Monitor and optimize system performance and reliability.
• Coordinate with fire safety teams to ensure proper interfacing of fire alarms, suppression systems, and sensors.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
• Assist in commissioning and testing of BMS and fire safety systems.
• Generate reports and documentation for system performance and compliance.
• Prepares Equipment list, IO Inputs & Sequence of Operation from the enquiry input documents, and costing sheets.
• Review all documents inputs Layout Drawing, Control Schematic, Schedules, Single Line Diagram, Vendor List and Specifications.
• Selection of BTU Meter M-bus valves, software, M-bus master & M-bus to TCP adaptor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in BMS engineering.
• Hands-on experience with fire fighting systems integration.
• Familiarity with protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and Lon Works.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SCADA systems and automation platforms.
• Knowledge of Qatar Civil Defense regulations.
• Ability to join immediately.
• With valid transferrable QID or NOC
