An international energy operator is seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to deliver technical design and engineering services across multiple oil and gas projects. The role covers the full project lifecycle, from initial concept definition through FEED, detailed design, and commissioning.

You will ensure the application of technical standards, environmental and safety practices, and provide leadership to a multi-discipline engineering team to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

• Provide technical design and engineering services in Process Engineering for all assigned projects, ensuring quality, schedule, cost, and HSE compliance
• Conduct process engineering activities, including in-house site surveys and evaluations, from concept through commissioning
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, technical assurance practices, and environmental and safety policies
• Review and manage technical deviations, variations, and amendments to standards and practices
• Plan and coordinate activities of multi-discipline engineering teams to meet project requirements
• Develop, review, and coordinate engineering designs and multi-disciplinary work scopes
• Review and approve method statements and liaise with contractors to resolve technical issues
• Develop and monitor engineering schedules, supporting both in-house and external project activities
• Evaluate technical bid packages for scope compliance and review contract changes or variations
• Support the development of technical competencies and skills for yourself and colleagues through structured training programs

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering
• Chartered / Professional Engineer status or equivalent is preferable

• Minimum 10 years of post-graduate experience in process engineering within the oil and gas industry
• Proven ability to manage time, cost, and quality in multiple engineering projects
• Strong understanding of relevant engineering standards and codes

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to conduct presentations and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team environment and coordinate project delivery
