• Coordinate and administer telecommunications activities.
• Confer with business units to determine phone system needs, establish project priority, and assist with resolution of telecommunication problems.
• Participate in IT teams to evaluate phone hardware and software requirements.
• Perform analysis of needs and contribute to the design of phone architecture, integration, and installation.
• Responsible for all company telecom, phone, faxes, fax servers and phone switches.
• Manage Cisco Unity Connection and Cisco Unified Contact Center.
• Understand, knowledge, and experience with Cisco telephony architecture including PBX, Cisco Unified Communications.
• Understand, knowledge, and experience with video, voice and content collaboration and communication solutions.
• Understand, knowledge, and experience with Black Berry and EMM solutions.
• Understand and knowledge of voice recording and dialler software.
• Administer programming and support for all moves and changes required on Cisco switches and VoIP.
• Support documentation and support of all telephony disaster recovery for all client sites.
• Assist and maintain documentation for the phone net Services and IT related support.
• Assist and maintain a formal system of evaluating all telephone systems and materials used to maintain them.
• Execute troubleshooting methodology and root‑cause analysis to resolve complex and advanced level problems.
• Assist in testing, adjusting, and installing equipment to meet provisioned request SLA's.
• Execute systems maintenance plans to proactively manage reliability and service expectations.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation to guide net Services users and assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of net Services.
• Drive problems to resolution, handling multiple complex issues simultaneously while effectively communicating and engaging cross‑functional technical peers.
• Adhere to the agreed event management notification and escalation procedures.
• Perform periodic reviews of Configuration Items (CIs) to ensure compliance with policies and standards, and process thorough operational readiness tasks.
• Configure, develop, integrate, implement and regularly maintain net Services solutions.
• Support implementation/deployment of net Services enhancements or new net Services designs.
• Assist peers and utilize software and hardware tools to identify and diagnose problems and factors affecting net Services performance.
• Define procedures for system and component installation, acceptance testing and install proactive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate problem resolution, create problem record, determine severity and prioritization classification.
• Evaluate and recommend hardware, software, and telecommunications equipment to enhance the performance of net Services design and systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
• CCIE collaboration certification or equivalent experience.
• Data centre industry certifications.
• Certified in ITIL framework services and processes.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
