Site Coordinator – BSL

To support and manage all on-site coordination activities related to Smart City systems integration. The Site Coordinator will act as the key interface between the engineering, construction, and Integration teams, ensuring effective communication, documentation, and progress tracking across multiple stakeholders including subcontractors, system integrators, and the client’s PMCM team.

• Coordinate and facilitate daily site activities between STE teams, subcontractors, and system integrators.
• Ensure work is carried out in line with approved Method Statements (MST), Site Interface Permits (SIP), and Permit-to-Work (PTW) procedures.
• Conduct joint inspections, site walks, and revisits with PMCM, O&M contractors, and sub-contractors as required.
• Follow up on access requests, work permits, safety inductions, and other site logistics to enable smooth execution of activities.
• Prepare, update, and maintain site trackers including access forms, PTW status, site survey logs, open points, and progress reports.
• Maintain trackers for document submissions, drawings, backups, and other deliverables related to integration activities.
• Consolidate site data from multiple contractors and ensure records are accurate, traceable, and aligned with project requirements.
• Act as the primary coordination link between subcontractors, system integrators, and the STE project team.
• Liaise with design consultants, PMCM, and the client’s representatives for clarifications, inspection scheduling, and approvals.
• Escalate any site-related issues, delays, or access challenges promptly with clear documentation and action recommendations.
• Assist the technical team in verifying system installations (BMS, ACS, FAS, PGS, PMS, SCADA, CCTV, Intercom, etc.) and cross-check site conditions against drawings.
• Support collection of field data (controllers, IP details, network components, power availability, etc.) for integration with the Master SCADA/City OS platform.
• Ensure proper documentation of field devices, panel locations, and as-built data collection.
• Ensure that all on-site works comply with HSE regulations and the project’s safety protocols.
• Coordinate with the HSE team for inductions, PPE compliance, and site safety documentation.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in site coordination or project execution within Smart City, ELV, BMS, SCADA, Safety security systems or infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with multiple subcontractors and consultants in a fast-paced environment.
• Good understanding of OT/ICT systems such as BMS, FAS, CCTV, SCADA, and network infrastructure.

• Strong coordination, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and tracker management tools.
• Good knowledge of construction site processes, PTW systems, and safety protocols.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and resolve site issues promptly.
• Team player with a proactive approach and attention to detail.
