We are looking for an experienced Project Pre‑Sales Engineer (Arabic Speaking) to support and drive the sale of our security solutions across Qatar. The role involves market insight, customer engagement, solution design, and project support.

• Provide project market insight, tap customer project opportunities, and guide customer project needs in line with company product/solution capabilities.
• Assess the competitiveness of project market products/programs and focus on functional needs of the regional market and industry characteristics.
• Identify project opportunities, target industries and customers, and select/ develop product/program solutions.
• Undertake regional marketing planning, establish and update the basic customer information base, and lock key customers based on classification standards.
• Develop reasonable customer development and maintenance plans, promote long‑term cooperation through visits, reception, training, daily communication and continuous customer satisfaction follow‑up.
• Maintain customer relationships between clients and government enterprises.
• Responsible for landing and implementation of large‑scale projects in the region.
• Lead project sales of pre‑sales work, solution design, BOQ and project bidding documents support.
• Prepare Hikvision solutions (CCTV, ANPR, Intercom, Access Control, Display, and General Security System design) and support SI partner cooperation in MOI Security System design and approval.
• Oversee overseas project follow‑up, project support and SI partner training.
• Support SI partner for business target and familiarize with Qatar local MOI regulation.

• Full‑time undergraduate degree or above in computer, electronics or communications science and engineering.
• More than 2 years of project sales experience, preferably with government and enterprise market background.
• Strong business sensitivity, action, logical thinking ability and pursuit of excellence.
• Strong teamwork ability, speaking English and Arabic mandatory.
• Experience in project management and engineering in the security system industry is a plus.
