Duty hrs:

- 7.30 am to 3.30 pm, 5 days

• BE degree in Mechanical or Equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years post qualification work experience in the field of MEP/LPG/ELEVATOR systems.
• Minimum 3 years work experience in Gulf countries with facilities management/Maintenance projects.
• Proven work experience in LPG & Elevator systems and able to handle the maintenance of such systems effectively.
• Complete knowledge of elevator & LPG systems

• Good troubleshooting and negotiation skills
• Performs technical/periodical inspections of elevator equipment's and LPG systems to ensure conformity with the required standards.
• Performs planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance for elevator equipment's and LPG systems.
• Carry out technical site surveys.
• Work closely with our technical specialists.
• Perform and complete tasks independently, efficiently, and accurately.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous work experience on projects and MEP, LPG & ELEVATORS system similar to Mesaimeer city (e.g. residential building, High rise buildings or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
• Responsible for the comprehensive operation and maintenance and necessary repair of all LPG & ELEVATOR systems in accordance with manufacturers recommendation and standards.
• Team working skills to work cooperatively and liaise with people at all levels.
• Ability to review and evaluate engineering blueprints.
• Supervising & monitoring the LPG contractors/ELEVATOR contractors and ensuring that the highest quality of work is in accordance with project specific cost & schedule requirements.
• Able to create proper work and operation flow for LPG systems & Elevator systems maintenance work.
• Familiar with Internationally recognized Codes and Standards
• Excellent planning, prioritizing and scheduling skills.
• Organized, detailed-oriented and thorough in completing work tasks.
• Should have computer proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and windows operating system.
