Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage detailed Revit models for HVAC, Fire Protection, Plumbing, Electrical, ELV, and 3rd Fix systems.
• Perform clash detection and resolution using Navisworks or similar coordination tools.
• Extract 2D drawings, schedules, and construction documentation from BIM models.
• Collaborate with architectural, structural, and MEP design teams to ensure model accuracy and coordination.
• Adhere to the project's BIM Execution Plan (BEP), LOD requirements, and naming/convention standards.
• Update models based on RFIs, design changes, and site feedback.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and support interdisciplinary integration.
• Ensure timely delivery of modeling deliverables aligned with project milestones.

Qualifications &

Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on BIM modeling experience in large‑scale construction projects.
• Demonstrated expertise in modeling and coordinating MEP systems, particularly in aviation, infrastructure, or government projects.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Knowledge of BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650, PAS 1192) is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent in English;
  Arabic is a plus.
• Must be able to work on‑site in Doha for the contract duration.
