Sales Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer with strong expertise in formwork systems, ideally within Qatar or the broader Middle East region. Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory.

5–10 years of relevant industry experience, with a background in the Oil & Gas sector highly preferred.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, and secure new projects.
• Review project requirements and propose appropriate formwork and scaffolding solutions.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals, including quotations and negotiation of terms.
• Coordinate project delivery in collaboration with engineering, logistics, and operations teams.
• Monitor project profitability, follow up on payments, and track relevant market developments.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil engineering.
• Strong knowledge of formwork and scaffolding principles and applications.
• Excellent communication, client-handling, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong technical background combined with proven sales performance.
• Motivated, customer‑focused, and able to drive results.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
